4th CERAMPOL Project Meeting in Ljubljana

CERAMPOL 18M Meeting was hosted by Jozef Stefan Institute (JSI) in Ljubljana – Slovenia on 3rd and 4th of September. Thank to JSI and HIPOT organization, the meeting enabled fruitful discussions about the 5 ongoing scientific work-packages. JSI is the leading research organization for pure and applied research in the natural sciences and technology within Slovenia, and during the meeting its facilities where visited by all partners.

CERAMPOL at BioNexGen workshop in Cetraro, Italy

The CERAMPOL project was presented at the Second Training Workshop of the BioNexGen Project (Development of the Next Generation membrane Bioreactor system). The workshop was based around the theme of "Functionalized membranes for Wastewater Treatment ‑ Nanoparticles and surface modifications". It took place in Cetraro (Italy) between the 15th and 17th May 2013.  

 

CERAMPOL at Nano4water cluster workshop in Dresden

The results of CERAMPOL were presentd at the last dissemination event of the Nano4water cluster. The 3rd workshop themed "Nano- and membrane-base systems for water treatment" took place on 17 and 18 of April in Dresden. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3rd CERAMPOL Project Meeting

 

During the 12th and 13th of February 2013, the third CERAMPOL meeting took place on the campus of the University of Twente (the Netherlands). It was organised by Inorganic Membranes Group and the European Membrane Institute Twente which are both internationally recognised for their expertise in membranes for a broad range of applications.

During the CERAMPOL meeting, all partners presented their work corresponding to their respective WP activities. In addition, the project consortium was given a very interesting tour of the high-tech membrane development and characterisation facilities at the University.

The next Consortium meeting will take place in Ljubljana (Slovenia) during September 2013.

Nano4water Cluster

CERAMPOL project is part of Nano4water cluster. The nano4water cluster is a coalition of research projects, funded by the European Commission following a Joint Call on nanotechnologies for water treatment.

Next Nano4water event will take place in Dresden on 17-18th April 2013. The presentaions of the last nano4water cluster workshop, which took place on 24-25 of April 2012 in Thessaloniki (Greece), are available online.
